Susan is a native of Sacramento and still resides in the beautiful River Park Community in East Sacramento where she grew up. She is married to Jerry and the very proud mother of four sons: Kyle and Keith (identical twins), Christopher, and Curtis.

Susan attended California State University, Chico, and California State University, Sacramento, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies. After ten years as a pre-school and kindergarten teacher, Susan continued her education at CSU, Sacramento, with studies in the "Meeting Planning Certificate Program," which allowed her to become a Special Events and Group Coordinator for LaL Enterprises. She also worked as an onsite administrator for the California CPA Education Foundation.

After years of working with groups and planning events, Susan wanted to apply her expertise in a new field, so she earned a Certified Travel Agent certificate from The Tourism Institute.

Susan brings to ZC&T eleven years experience in leisure travel with knowledge in airlines, hotels, vacation packages, and cruise vacations. Her passion is cruising and she looks forward to being an escort on ZC&T Escorted Departures.

Susan is thrilled to be part of such a knowledgeable and successful team of cruise specialists, and to work with a travel agency where personal service comes first. She looks forward to assisting passengers with their cruise vacation dreams.
