Donna was born in San Jose, California. She lived there for 25 years, during which time she went to college for her Cosmetology License. She later became a Certified Lab Technician.

Donna later met her husband, Beau, and moved to Sacramento. She worked for Physicians Clinical Laboratory before having her two children, Beau and Jordan.

Donna loves travel and has spent extensive time in Hawaii and Mexico.

Donna joined Zoe's Cruises & Tours in January 2006 as Administrative Assistant. Donna is looking forward to future scheduled ship tours, orientations, and familiarization cruises.
